I stayed at a charming hotel that felt like stepping back in time. The architecture and decoration were reminiscent of the golden age of alpine tourism. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location in the center of the Engadin was perfect for exploring the beautiful ski area. I loved being able to stroll through the nearby forests and visit the local castle. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality products. my stay at this hotel was truly wonderful.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had excellent service and hospitality. The ski shuttle and discount for the car train were great. The parking was free, contrary to what was mentioned. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and smelled of fresh pine trees. The owners were warm and welcoming. The quiet location was a plus, with easy access to the center and ski lifts. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of high-quality products, even accommodating gluten intolerance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary coffee and use of public transport were appreciated.
Hard to think of anything.

The hotel is beautiful, we admired the flowers, ate delicious food and the hotel staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
A make-up miroir in the bathroom would be useful

We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, even taking the time to show us pictures of the hotel's history. The room was clean and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh pine scent from the wooden furniture. The location was convenient, with a nearby bus stop and a lovely 20-30 minute walk through the forest to reach the city center or local attractions such as the castle and pizzeria. We also appreciated the great breakfast with plant-based milk options.
Nothing that we didn't like!

Located in the heart of the Swiss Alps, this hotel is a true winter wonderland. We had a fantastic stay over the New Year period. The staff was friendly and accommodated all our requests. We enjoyed the daily shuttle service to the slopes which saved us the hassle of transport. the New Year's Eve package offered by the hotel was a great value for money, including a gala dinner with a wide selection of food and drink options.
The lack of variety in the breakfast menu, which could have offered some more options for vegetarians. The room was comfortable, but the heating was not consistent and the temperature fluctuated.

Located in a charming area by the foothills of the mountains, this hotel is a great choice for those who love to ski or hike. the forests that surround the hotel are typical of the Engadiner region and will provide visitors with great opportunities to explore nature. the nearby local pizzeria is an added bonus for those who want to experience the local cuisine. the rooms are clean and comfortable with practical amenities such as a kettle and mini bar.
The hotel lacks a gym or fitness center.
